Large Format Printing

The Computer Science department is capable of developing large-format poster prints and publications. This service is offered to a limited scope of eligible faculty, staff, and currently enrolled graduate students within the Computer Science department.

Submit a Poster Print Request

Large-format prints are offered on our HP DesignJet T630 printers and plotters. We can produce rich, vivid, color and black-and-white prints in a range of standard sizes.

  • You must be affiliated with the GSU Computer Science department.
  • All large-format prints are subject to review prior to printing.
  • We have a standard wait time of up to 48 hours for prints.
  • Prints with black or dark colored backgrounds will not be approved at this time.

Dark backgrounds are not accepted!

We follow the North American ARCH Series paper size guidelines for poster prints.

We can also print ISO A sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3, A4) and custom sizes with a width less than 36 inches (914 millimeters, or 3 feet). Here is a graphical representation of the size differences.

Follow these instructions in order to submit your publication for printing. Please note that each print job has a waiting period of 24 to 48 hours.

  1. Open the form by clicking the following link: Submit a Poster Print Request

  2. Fill out the submission form with your information.
    NOTE: Make sure to include details like size (in inches) and due date.

  3. In the gray field, click Drop files here or choose them and select the project file you would like to print.
    NOTE: You MUST attach only High Resolution PDF’s/JPEGs!

  4. Click Create Ticket.

  5. Your project will be printed after it has been reviewed. Please allow up to 48 hours for review and processing.
