How to Reserve This Room
To reserve this room, login to your GSU email and send a meeting request to the room (
cscrm25pp1801@gsu.edu). Please see the instructions below.Reserve Room using Office 365 or PantherMail
- Login to your GSU email: Office 365 or PantherMail
- Click the Calendar button
- Fill out the event information
- Add this room as an Attendee of the event:
cscrm25pp1801@gsu.edu - Give your event a name/title and description
- Select a start date and end time for your event
- The room will send you an email conformation if “Your request was accepted” or “Your request was declined”.
Reserve Room using Outlook on PC
- Open Outlook
- Fill out the event information
- Add this room to the TO field as an attendee:
cscrm25pp1801@gsu.edu - Give your meeting a name/subject and description
- Select a start date and end time for your meeting
- The room will send you an email conformation if “Your request was accepted” or “Your request was declined”.
Cancel Reservation
To cancel a room reservation, login to your GSU email and delete the meeting from your calendar. A cancellation will automatically be sent to the room. Please see the instructions below.
Cancel Reservation using Office 365 or PantherMail
- Login to your GSU email: Office 365 or PantherMail
- Click the Calendar button
- Select the event you would like to cancel, then click Delete
- On the Delete event confirmation window, select Delete
Cancel Reservation using Outlook on PC
- Open Outlook
- Find the meeting you would like to cancel, then Double-click on it to open the meeting editor
- In the top ribbon, click Delete
How To Use This Room
Turn On Display
- On the black touch panel located on the wall, press the green power button – the display will turn on and the screen will activate (if applicable)

- Select your desired input: Desktop or HDMI (or VGA if available)

- If you selected Desktop, login to the courtesy computer using your GSU username and password
- If you selected HDMI or VGA, connect your laptop to the HDMI or VGA cable
NOTE: If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, you may need an adapter for USB-C and Thunderbolt!

- You're ready to go!
Turn Off Display
- Please Log Out of the courtesy computer
- On the black touch panel located on the wall, press the red power button in the top left corner

- Confirm the shut down by pressing the green button labeled “Shutdown System“

- If applicable, disconnect your laptop from the HDMI or VGA cable
When finished, please logout of the courtesy computer and turn off the display.
How To Use This Room

- Using the remote for the display, press the power button to turn on the device
NOTE: If a remote is not present, press the power button directly on the device - The display should automatically select your desired input
- Connect your laptop to the HDMI or VGA cable
NOTE: If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, you may need an adapter for USB-C and Thunderbolt!

- You're ready to go!
